How Do We Automate the Cargo Process?
- Order Confirmation: When an order is placed on your website or marketplace, the system automatically creates the cargo slip.
- Barcode Printing: Your warehouse staff prints the cargo barcode with a single button (or in bulk). Customer name, address and product information are hidden in the barcode.
- Cargo Tracking Number (Tracking ID): When the cargo company receives the package (when Desi is entered), the generated tracking number instantly returns to your system.
- Customer Notification: "Your order has been shipped" SMS or email is automatically sent to the customer with the tracking link.
- Delivery Status: When the cargo is delivered to the customer, the status of your order is automatically changed to "Completed".
Return Management (Reverse Logistics)
We manage not only shipping but also return processes. When your customer creates a return request from the site, the system automatically generates a "Return Code". Returns shipped with this code alert the system when they arrive at your warehouse and start the return process.
Reduce Cargo Costs
Do you have agreements with different cargo companies? Our system offers you "Smart Cargo Selection". For example:
- For shipments within Istanbul, X Cargo is cheaper, select it.
- For village/town shipments, select Y Cargo.
- If Desi is high, select Warehouse/Logistics company.
You define these rules once, the system automatically assigns the most cost-effective cargo company for each order.

Can I work with multiple cargo companies at the same time?
Yes, our system has Multi-Cargo support. You can activate as many cargo integrations as you want at the same time.
Is there cash on delivery integration?
Yes, Cash on Delivery Cash or Credit Card options are automatically reflected on the cargo slip. Collection information is returned from the cargo company to the system.
